Return Policy

Exchanges/Cancels:

Our number one goal is to make sure that you are thrilled with your purchase from Shop Papillon.

We always want you to be satisfied, so if you are not happy with your order we will try our best to correct the situation.

We do not accept returns, however exchanges must be received within 14 days of the purchase. Additionally, we charge a $10 re-stocking fee per exchange.

Shipping charges for exchanges will be the buyers responsibility.

Please email us at info@shoppapillon.com with your name, order number and the reason for exchange and we will get back to you

with exchange instructions within two business days.
